Heights Eyecare works with many different vision plans. Below is a list of some of the more popular plans.  Please feel free to ask us if we work with your vision plan if you do not see it listed here.  All we ask is that you pay any deductibles or overages at the time of service, and we will submit your insurance paperwork for you.

Our Financial Policy

It is our policy that you pay for services when they are rendered, unless other prior arrangements have been made.  Our office accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover for your convenience.  If you are interested in a payment plan, we work with Wells Fargo Financial on a "90-day same as cash" basis.
