Trivex

This lens is a new plastic material that is serving as the new polycarbonate. It is optically superior providing crisp, clear vision and unsurpassed impact resistance. Trivex  is noticeably thinner and lighter, easily tinted and provides 100 % ultraviolet protection.

High Index

These lenses are made of a denser material, bending more light through less thickness, resulting in an ultra-thin, lightweight pair of glasses. Geared toward individuals with high prescriptions, high index is available in varying degrees of thinness, fitting an individual’s comfort and cosmetic satisfaction. Along with polycarbonate and trivex, high index provides durability, scratch resistance and ultraviolet protection.

Glass

Always serving as a durable, scratch resistant and optically clear lens, glass has its place in lens materials. The heaviness of the lens can be  a deterrent to many glasses wearers.

Photochromatic

Also known as Transitions lenses, this material automatically changes from clear (indoors) to dark (outdoors) in just moments. They provide 100 % blockage of UVA and UVB radiation. They offer  comfort and convenience  all in one pair of glasses.  They are available in almost every lens material and style.

Polarized

This lens technology is designed to help cut glare off of flat surfaces, such as water, snow & windshields. They are available in multiple colors, and are great for a lot of outdoor activities.
