Heights Eyecare is proud to provide the best frame and lens warranty in the industry. If your new frame breaks under normal wearing conditions, we will repair or replace it, one time for free. Our lens treatments are the most durable surface protection available. However, lenses can still scratch. If your lenses scratch we will also replace them, with the original prescription, one time for free.
In the event that your eyewear is lost or damaged by sitting on them, running over them, sliding in to third, your dog eating them, slamming them in your locker, or any other every day experience, don’t worry we understand that accidents happen! We will replace or repair your eyewear within two years at 50% of retail .
